2018 History Columbia Valley Red Blend

In her 17 year tenure as a winemaker, Melissa Burr is most excited to share this Red Blend. Having primarily worked with Pinot Noir, she took the opportunity to craft a wine comprised of some of the best vineyard sites with the oldest fruit planted in the Pacific Northwest. The 2018 History Red Blend, creates a confluence of time and place showing the nuances of vine age and varietal typicity - the embodiment of History.

Comprised of Cabernet Sauvignon (56%), Merlot (22%), Malbec (16%), and Cabernet Franc (6%), aromatics of deep, concentrated dark fruits, like blackberry and black cherry. On the palate, the wine is dense with an opulence of purple fruit, fresh earth, caramelized sugar, and baking spice. Enjoy alone or alongside a meal.
