Chef Becca's Thanksgiving Turkey - 24 Pounds (Pick Up Only)

This Thanksgiving, bring a taste of Stoller Family Estate to your table with Chef Becca's locally sourced Heritage Turkey, brined and smoked to perfection using Pinot wood chips from our own French oak barrels and trees fallen on our estate. Each turkey is cooked to leave just the final hour to you.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Bring to Room Temperature
    • Let the turkey sit at room temperature for 30–60 minutes.
  2. Preheat & Finish in the Oven
    • Preheat your oven to 425°F. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and bake for 1 hour.
  3. Rest & Serve
    • Allow the turkey to rest for 10 minutes before carving to retain its juices.

Pickup Information:
This turkey is only available for pickup. Your pickup window is Tuesday, November 26 or Wednesday, November 27 from 12 - 4 pm​ at the Stoller Experience Center.

This is a full turkey, totalling to 24 pounds, feeding 12 - 16 people.
